University Guidelines for Group Meals, Conferences, and Meetings

Please refer to the following University guidelines for recurring meetings, group meals, conferences, and meetings for NCSU and non-NCSU personnel. This can also be obtained via the University Controller’s Office – Travel Center webpage. Please note that in order to reconcile or reimburse individuals, required forms and documentation will need to be included in the request or uploaded as backup documentation. This also applies to Marketplace orders which also have to follow these guidelines. Therefore, if utilizing Marketplace to purchase food, for human consumption, please also provide the required documentation. If the food is not for human consumption, e.g., for research, the justification needs to state that and no additional documentation will be requested.
