Third-Party Payment Vendors

Please keep in mind that there are a few exceptions to standard vendor request procedures related to third-party payment vendors. These include:

  • Registration requests from PaymentWorks, PaymodeX, and Bill.com should be routed to Accounts Receivable at receivables@ncsu.edu.
  • PaymentWorks and PaymodeX use the University’s federal tax identification number (FEIN) as a unique identifier. Because the FEIN can only be registered once, departments should not attempt to complete these registrations independently.
