USCIS Fee Update & Payment Reminder

Effective March 1, 2026, premium processing fees for standard petitions (H-1B, E-3, O-1, TN, I-140) received by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will increase to $2,965. Premium processing is optional and does not guarantee faster approval.  

As a reminder, payments must be submitted with Form G-1450 via the OnBase Secure File Exchange. Please coordinate with your unit’s PCard holder and ensure the “Applicant/Petitioner/Requestor” field lists NC State University, as forms with employee names will be returned for correction.
