Requesting ADA Travel Accommodation Exceptions

The University is committed to supporting employees and travelers with disabilities by providing reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If an ADA travel accommodation is needed, please complete the online Request an ADA Accommodation form for travel-related accommodation exceptions.

The accommodation documentation should be uploaded with the Travel Authorization (TA) or Travel Reimbursement (TR).
