Ordering Deposit Slips From the University Bookstore

If your department needs to reorder university deposit slips from the bookstore, please note that the contact person has changed. Debra Goode has retired and is no longer the point of contact at the bookstore for these requests.

You may now email Tiffany Vinson at tdvinson@ncsu.edu your request to purchase university deposit slips for your department. 

You can order and pick up at the bookstore in Talley, or they can interoffice mail them to you once you complete the order form and provide the project-phase to charge.
