Federal Fiscal Year Closed September 30, 2025 – JV Reminder

As a reminder, similar to the State Year-End Close, now that the Federal Fiscal Year has ended as of September 30, 2025, we can no longer move charges off or onto non-ledger 5 federal project IDs.  Please visit the Documents and Forms page under Budgets & Planning and review the “Allowable Expenditure Chart.”  This chart lists project IDs and their associated Funding Source (e.g., federal).

Please keep in mind that Ledger 5 projects adhere to the specific project/budget periods outlined in the award.
