ServiceNow Billing Request Updates

Billing requests submitted via ServiceNow (SN) have been updated to remove outdated information and reflect the questions required by the University PeopleSoft system to process internal and external billings. Adjustments have been made to the “Customer” field so that the customer name will populate in the short description field, making it easier for CALS users to search their recent SN billing submissions by customer name. 

In addition, a new field has been added for billings that include an MOU/TSA/Agreement or contract as part of their billing requests, to include a reminder to attach those documents (if relevant) to your SN billing request. 

These changes are expected to go live in mid-November 2025.
