Proposal Statement/Scope of Work Guidance

Typically, as part of a proposal submission, the Sponsor will require the inclusion of the proposed Statement/Scope of Work (SOW). For those rare instances where the Sponsor does not require a set statement/scope of work, SPARCS still requires this SOW document to be included within PINS to describe/indicate what NC State will be doing as part of the project. The SOW is utilized as part of the negotiation/award acceptance process, compliance process, and is included in the notice of grant award. Please see this link for more details.
