Fleet/Wex Card Requests

Please remember that the individual responsible for the vehicle is the individual who needs to personally request the Fleet/Wex Card per the Fleet Card Manual and that only one vehicle can be assigned to one card. Please note, if there are multiple vehicles that require a Wex card they can now be added onto one request. Just include a line for each car.  Lastly, please note the default project ID needs to be non-ledger 5 project.
