Revenue Movement Requests through ServiceNow

Please note when requesting revenue to be transferred/moved to another phase and/or project, the ServiceNow request needs to include the specific revenue line items to be moved through a WRS download, with the lines or partial lines highlighted. This is consistent with the requirement for expense line items and their associated JVs. Identifying the line items confirms the same revenue or expense line item is not moved “twice” and allows for an audit trail of the item(s) movement.
