Sanitation Essentials in Food Manufacturing

Course Description 

In this self-paced online course you will learn the foundational knowledge necessary to build an effective sanitation program. The online course takes approximately 4 hours to complete and includes six (6) interactive modules. Upon successful completion of the online course, students will receive a certificate of course completion. 

This course was collaboratively designed by University of Massachusetts at Amherst, NC State University, and University of Maine along with industry experts. The course is perfect for frontline workers or can serve as a starting point for those looking to complete more advanced sanitation training. It is highly recommended to complete this course prior to the advanced in-person sanitation workshops held by the Universities.
