PCard Deadlines for 2026

Please take a moment to review the CALS CBO PCard Billing Cycle Calendar to help ensure PCard deadlines are met.

As a reminder, it is important that cardholders:

• Upload receipts promptly: Submit receipts within 1-3 days of the transaction date rather than waiting until the day before or day of the reconciliation deadline.
• Include required details on receipts: Clearly indicate on receipts the project phase to be charged, a detailed business purpose, and the travel authorization number (if applicable).
• Protect sensitive information: Redact sensitive data before uploading receipts. This includes full card numbers, social security numbers, and bank account details (for both cardholder and vendor accounts).
