NEW Procurement Approval Request Tool

The CBO has introduced the new Procurement Approval Request Tool to streamline the approval process for procurement-related requests. This form may be used in place of 107 forms and supports electronic routing and approvals for items such as food, alcohol, reimbursements, and other procurement-related requests while aligning with university eSignature requirements.

The tool can also be used to create documentation pages when signatures are not required, such as for PCard business purpose documentation. The form is available on the CBO website’s Documents & Forms page under Business Services/General Accounting and is titled “Procurement Approval Form.”
