NEW On-Campus Alcohol eApproval Form

The CBO has created a new On-Campus Alcohol eApproval Form to streamline the request and approval process for serving alcohol at on-campus events. This form replaces the PDF version of the “Alcohol Permission Form” on the CBO Documents & Forms page. CALS units should use this form when requesting permission to serve alcoholic beverages at a university event, and once submitted, the form will automatically route to the Dean for approval.

This new process supports a more efficient electronic approval workflow and helps ensure compliance with university requirements. Additional guidance can be found in NC State Alcohol Regulation 04.20.01.
