Using PCards for Vehicle Fuel

When purchasing fuel for university travel, please keep in mind:

• The PCard may be used for fuel purchases for rental vehicles, but cannot be used for fuel for personal or university/state-owned vehicles.
• Cardholders using personal vehicles should submit fuel costs through mileage reimbursement, while fuel for university or state-owned vehicles must be obtained from the Motorpool or purchased with a Fleet Card at gas stations.
