Reminder: PCard Reconcile Function Only for CBO Reconcilers

As a reminder, individuals at the department and county level have been granted the “Reconciler” role within the PCard System. However, the only individuals who should be selecting the “Reconcile” check box within the PCard Center are the CBO PCard Reconcilers after they have performed their reviews and are ready to approve the transaction. 

The department and county individuals have “Reconciler” access in order to view and upload the required receipts and documentation into the PCard Center. The actual “reconcile” function is only for the CBO.
