Payables Training

The Controller’s Office announced that the Payables Training course is now available in REPORTER as part of the Payments Professional Certification 2 program. The course provides users and approvers with the essential skills to manage the full payment cycle. Participants will gain practical knowledge to support accurate and efficient processing, including:

• Fulfilling departmental responsibilities
• Accurately entering voucher and invoice data
• Tracking payment statuses
• Accessing the most up-to-date financial resources and forms
• Understanding proper documentation requirements
