Budget Office Workbook Refinements

To streamline financial management and solve common tracking pain points, the Budget Office is rolling out several key enhancements to budget workbooks. Please take a moment to review the updates below as we prepare for the upcoming fiscal year:

  • Ledger 5 Grants Integration: Ledger 5 grants are currently being integrated into the workbooks. If they aren’t visible yet, look for them soon on a dedicated tab.
  • Extension Office Workbooks: A dedicated workbook will be provided to every extension office for Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27).
  • Project Investigator (PI) Workbooks: Available upon request! To initiate a workbook, please submit a ServiceNow ticket specifying the recipient and all associated project-phases.
  • New Commitments List: Effective FY27, all commitments will be assigned a unique commitment number to streamline identification and tracking.
