The WRS Encumbrance Drilldown now shows the Vendor Name in the Related Information column, helping to quickly identify vendors for transactions.  

For grants, the WRS C1 view has four new columns for Grant Projects-Segment Category, Segment Sub-Category, Subaward Number, and Subrecipient Name.

Looking ahead, Journal and Project Modification Request (PMR) attachments will move from PeopleSoft Attachments to OnBase sometime before June 30, 2026. In the meantime, attachments can be viewed for IDT, Journals, and PMR-Budget Mods. If you run into upload issues with a message about special characters, it’s typically related to the file type extension with .docx or .xlsx files. Saving these as .doc or .xls should allow these to upload successfully.
