Supplier ID for Active Employees and Students

PaymentWorks is designed as a platform to onboard vendors (external parties) to receive payments. Active employees who receive a non-payroll payment such as a reimbursement, require a Supplier ID. However, they do not need to register in PaymentWorks as they are automatically assigned a Supplier ID. Any changes to employees’ personal data or banking information must be updated in Employee Self-Service in MyPack Portal.

Active students do not need to register in PaymentWorks as they have a Supplier ID in the Financial System. Any changes to students’ personal data or banking information must be made through the Student Homepage > Personal Information.
