MarketPlace Price Match

The University strongly encourages the use of MarketPlace whenever possible for products and services available on MarketPlace. All vendors on Marketplace are contracted through the University to provide competitive pricing with built-in shipping costs. When finding a better price than MarketPlace, notify University Procurement Services and they will request the MarketPlace supplier to match their regular online price if the price is lower than the MarketPlace price.  Procurement Services will also request a price match to a non-MarketPlace supplier. Please note that Amazon is excluded from price matching as their prices are dynamic and fluctuate constantly.

To request a price match, go to the Procurement & Business Services MarketPlace webpage, select the Request a Better Price link on the right side of the page, and complete the MartketPlace Price Match Request Form.
