Back-up for Journals Should Be in Excel and One Document per Incident

When uploading WRS or detailed information originally in, or able to be downloaded into Excel, please upload in Excel format. Please do not convert to a PDF as the document is no longer editable and requires the initiator to access WRS to locate the information needed for the journal voucher. Also, please be sure to include one invoice, etc. per ServiceNow Incident as each request is processed individually and needs to be tracked individually.
