PINS Requirement Effective Immediately for All Proposals

Effective immediately, for all proposals, PINS needs to include the PI, Co-PI, and Senior Personnel (listed as Co-PI). This means individuals with senior personnel status will have full access to the proposal and subsequent award.  Please see this page for definitions of Senior Personnel and requirements.
