Outdated Interdepartmental Memos and “Agreements”
Within CALS, several departments have memos or “agreements” related to cross-usage of space and the fees departments are paying for this usage. Unfortunately, these documents can date back more than five years, signed by individuals who are no longer within the Department.
Therefore, please review all of these documents to ensure they have been signed within the past year by current department individuals (e.g., the Department Head).
- If not, please have a new “agreement”/memo created/updated and signed by the respective departments.
- The duration of the document can span two years, but only if the individuals signing the document are still members of the respective departments.
- If they are current, please note they will need to be re-signed next year unless the current document includes a two-year period and the individuals who signed it are still members of the respective departments.
