Mandatory Contract for Audio, Staging, and Lighting Production Services and Rental Equipment

Procurement Services announced a new Convenience Contract for Audio, Staging, Lighting Production Services, and Rental Equipment effective from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026.  The contract includes four approved suppliers selected through a competitive bidding process, and departments are required to utilize this contract for applicable needs.  Complete contract details and purchasing guidelines, including ordering instructions by dollar thresholds, are available on the Procurement Contract Purchases website.
