Importance of Phases with Expenses
Phases are 5-digit numbers attached to projects in the Wolfpack Reporting System (WRS). Generally, phases are related to approved Hatch projects. They can be associated with multiple project codes and can be used to track expenses.
The purpose of phases within CALS is to assist with our required annual reporting to the federal government. Therefore, it is imperative that phases are included with all project IDs. Please see the guide below on how to look up phases using Chartfield Request.
