Reminder: Travel Approval Setup

Please keep in mind that Departments are responsible for making sure that the Travel Approval Setup for their OUC is kept up to date. Not doing so can result in travel reimbursements and authorizations becoming “stuck” awaiting the approval of a departmental faculty or staff member who is no longer with the department. Please make sure that your department’s Travel Approval Setup is currently up to date and as faculty/staff join or depart from your OUC. Travel Approval Setup can be found on the left side of the main Travel Center page within the MyPack Portal.
