External Professional Activities (EPA) Disclosure Is Now in Effect

A revised External Professional Activities (EPA) Disclosure form replaced the Notice of Intent (NOI) form on November 25, 2024; however, the deadline to disclose all EPAs isn’t until January 30, 2025

Disclosure Requirements:

1. Covered Individuals are required to obtain approval from their Unit Head prior to engaging in an External Professional Activity. 
2. If the EPA continues beyond June 30, the Covered Individual must recertify for the next year. 
3. The renewal period will begin on May 1, after which approvals are in effect for the next full fiscal year.
