CALS Contracts & Grants (C&G) Post Award works with faculty and students to handle the management of sponsored research funding with specific terms and conditions.
Post Award Team
The CALS C&G Post Award team provides project management for all sponsored projects after awarding and throughout the life of the project period. Post Award Consultants can assist with:
- Managing 5-Ledger Accounts (monthly project reconciliation).
- Providing PIs with quarterly reports.
- Providing guidance regarding Federal, State, University, and Sponsor Regulations after the award is made.
- Pre-audit and approval of expenditures.
- Assisting with budgets, changes in PIs, subawards, NCE and other modification requests.
- Assisting PIs/departments with retro justifications for salary distribution requests.
- Completing closeouts and submitting to University Contracts & Grants.
