CALS IT is unable to support the use of external Google Workspace mail clients (Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird). OIT has long communicated that they do NOT support these clients and discourage their use. We’re seeing increasing issues related to password synchronization, missed calendar invites, and email data loss.
