Accepted Abstracts
Abstracts are accepted on a rolling basis, and this list will be updated regularly as reviews continue. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled during a concurrent technical session block on Wednesday or Thursday.
Speaker Guidelines
There will be a laptop available in the room for presentations. Speakers may also connect their own laptops if they prefer. WiFi will be available throughout the StateView venue.
Invited Speakers
Keynotes: 40 minutes (includes 5-10 minutes for Q&A)
Joint plenaries: 30 minutes total (includes 5-10 minutes for Q&A)
Panels: 40 minutes total (includes 5-10 minutes for Q&A)
Oral Presentations (slides)
Technical talks will be 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. These talks will run in concurrent sessions throughout the conference. Please ensure that your presentation fits within the allotted time. Technical session moderators will keep all presentations on schedule and may intervene if a talk/discussion exceeds the allotted time.
Poster Presentations
We will have 8ft wide X4 ft tall double-sided tack boards for poster display. Each talk board will hold four posters (two on each side), as shown in the picture below. Please make sure that your poster dimensions are in portrait layout with the following maximum dimensions 3ft wide X 4ft tall.
