If you are a middle or high school teacher<\/strong> interested in bringing food science into your classroom, the CASE Institute <\/strong>Food Science and Safety<\/strong><\/em> course is for you! This course is intended for teachers of agricultural and basic science curriculums, such as biology and chemistry. The need for food scientists is great. Introducing students to food science early in life can spark interest and lead to enrollment in a food science major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon completing this workshop, you will be certified to teach the Food Science and Safety<\/em><\/a> course developed by CASE<\/a> (Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education).
