Now they can also earn a certificate of completion from the International HACCP Alliance. This means NC&#160;State\u2019s Online HACCP Training was approved by an extensive review that ensured its compliance with the International HACCP Alliance standards. The International HACCP Alliance was formed in 1994 to ensure uniform application of HACCP and the safety of food products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"registration-process\">Registration Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the<strong>\u00a0\u201cEnroll in Course\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button above (it will take you to a new webpage).<\/li><li>Click\u00a0<strong>\u201cAdd to Cart.\u201d<\/strong><\/li><li>Select\u00a0<strong>\u201cProceed to Cart.\u201d<\/strong><\/li><li>Click\u00a0<strong>\u201cLog in to Continue Order.\u201d<\/strong><\/li><li>Log in using a guest account,\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0a UNITY ID account unless you are an NC&#160;State University employee.
