Moving forward, purchasers who need to request a prepayment must submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.smartsheet.com\/b\/form\/019fa9bd726e72c29f00104333d4d0e4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CALS Prepayment Request Form<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CALS CORE Support team will assess the request and, if approved, route it to the University Controller&#8217;s Office for further processing. Once the request is approved by the Controller&#8217;s Office, the requester will receive an automated approval email from Smartsheet. <strong>This email must be attached along with the receipt of the purchase when submitting to the PCard Center, or with the invoice when submitting in the CORE Support ServiceNow portal.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please direct all prepayment requests and questions to the CALS CORE Support Team rather than contacting the Controller\u2019s Office directly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The process to request a prepayment has changed.
