Existing POs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If a vendor notifies you of a surcharge on an existing PO, please submit a PO Change Request to the CBO via the ServiceNow Portal<\/a> to add a separate line item for the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n New POs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n When creating a new PO that includes a surcharge, please include a separate line for the estimated amount. If the exact cost is unknown, you may use a reasonable estimate provided by the vendor. Accurately capturing these charges ensures timely payment processing and compliance with university purchasing procedures.
