Some online purchases may soon require a one-time passcode sent to the cardholder\u2019s email address or phone number on record in<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1LxVHX3k7qSTtmHOSqnfvb6s-WcXQ6F9NuG6RvhezgoU\/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.l19vz38ut3pk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Global Card Access<\/a> (GCA).\u00a0 To prepare for this update, cardholders should register their PCard in Global Card Access using their NC&#160;State email address. If you are already registered, please log in and verify that your contact information is current. Keeping your contact details updated ensures you can receive the one-time passcode needed to authorize certain online purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note: This passcode is an added layer of purchase authorization only.
