The guide is currently being updated, and the updates will go live on February 4, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key updates include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rapid separation process:<\/strong> Streamlined approvals and workflows for employees who leave suddenly or unexpectedly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Service fee for data retrieval:<\/strong> The Office of Information Technology (OIT) has assessed the time and resources required to retrieve and provide data in response to access requests.
