For those rare instances where the Sponsor does not require a set statement\/scope of work, SPARCS still requires this SOW document to be included within PINS to describe\/indicate what NC&#160;State will be doing as part of the project. The SOW is utilized as part of the negotiation\/award acceptance process, compliance process, and is included in the notice of grant award.
