You can now access these forms through a new table format on the <a href=\"https:\/\/controller.ofa.ncsu.edu\/resources\/forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Forms page<\/a>, where you can sort, filter, or search by keyword to find exactly what you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CBO is requesting that all users download and use the updated versions of the forms to provide consistency in formatting and to ensure we have all the required information for the purchase.\u00a0 The updated forms are located on the <a href=\"https:\/\/units.cals.ncsu.edu\/core-support\/documents-and-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CBO\u00a0Documents &amp; Forms<\/a>\u00a0page and also on the <a href=\"https:\/\/controller.ofa.ncsu.edu\/resources\/forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Controller\u2019s Office\u00a0Forms<\/a>\u00a0page.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the new form is available and should be used, the CBO is giving a grace period to allow individuals to become familiar with and shift to the updated forms.\u00a0 Effective <strong>October 1<\/strong>, the CBO will request an updated form when the old form is submitted with transactions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Controller&#8217;s Office recently updated its forms and gave them unique &#8220;Go Links&#8221; to make them easier to find and manage.
