rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3D Memo<\/a> distributed on July 2, 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effective July 1, 2025, the Office of State Budget and Management will increase the per diem subsistence rates for in-state and out-of-state travel.\u00a0 The following list details the various rates of subsistence per day for travel-related expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
