{"id":22048,"date":"2025-07-08T09:03:47","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T13:03:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/units.cals.ncsu.edu\/business-operations\/?p=22048"},"modified":"2025-07-08T09:03:49","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T13:03:49","slug":"departmental-billing-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/units.cals.ncsu.edu\/core-support\/news\/departmental-billing-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Departmental Billing Training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we move into the new fiscal year, we would like to give a friendly reminder to our CALS departments regarding correct processing for interdepartmental transactions (sales\/services\/goods between colleges\/departments\/extension offices) and billing requests for payments from external customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All<em> internal and external<\/em> billing requests by CALS departments should be submitted to the CBO to be reviewed and processed by the financial accountants on the CBO Accounts Receivable team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CALS staff and faculty who submit internal and external billing requests are being invited and should plan to attend one of the upcoming CBO A\/R billing training sessions held monthly via Zoom.
