Accounts Receivable needs to review this description, especially as it relates to trust fund authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to limited space on the deposit slip, you may use shortened descriptions like &#8220;workshop,&#8221; &#8220;survey,&#8221; &#8220;reg fees,&#8221; &#8220;testing,&#8221; &#8220;travel reimbursement for TRxxxxx,&#8221; or &#8220;registration.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the backup documentation must include a detailed description for each item.
