2026 Mandatory PCard Refresher Training for Cardholders

Cardholders who have not completed PCard training within the last two years should have received an email notification from Card Services or REPORTER regarding the PCard Refresher Training. The training must be completed by Friday, March 13, 2026 to maintain card privileges.  Please reach out to Card Services at cardservices_purchasing@ncsu.edu if you have any questions.

The 30-minute refresher course covers:

•  Applying sales tax exemptions
• Using a PCard while traveling
• Writing a valid business purpose
• Distinguishing between good and bad receipts
