To ensure compliance with the updated policy, the Controller\u2019s Office updated the electronic signature verbiage on all official Controller\u2019s Office forms. The old AP Forms will no longer be accepted by the Controller\u2019s Office <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">as of November 1<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0The updated forms will display \u201cUpdated 10\/2024\u201d in the upper right-hand corner for easy identification.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be sure you are now using the most up-to-date AP Forms when submitting items into ServiceNow. <\/strong><em>The links on the <a href=\"https:\/\/units.cals.ncsu.edu\/business-operations\/documents-and-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CBO Documents &amp; Forms page<\/a> are now updated.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Earlier this year, the University implemented specific requirements for signatures.
